		<description><![CDATA[New Jersey pulled out, did New Hampshire do it too? Man, 2010 was the biggest mistake ever made by the electorate since the 2004 Bush campaign. These guys are anarchists when it comes to public health and the environment!! RGGI is under the fossil fuel gun, and the only people that can stop them are people who do not vote for Republicans. Republicans are the fossil fuel lobby, but yet some Democrats even go for them. Renewables have got to get strategic in their ability to create constituencies for clean energy. Now. ]]></description>
