I think it’s the prototype, as built so far. But it’s not 100% clear.

Do I understand correctly that this is only a simulation of their efficiency? Until they have actually built and tested a cell at 25.47%, they can’t make any claims to have set a record. There is always an extremely large gap between how you think something will work and how it actually works, especially in the PV field.
