The Act is important for the protection of our agricultural resources. I am a strong supporter of clean energy...a very strong supporter...but...an &quot;end run&quot; could endanger our state by encouraging other (less constructive) elements in our society such as mcmansion builders to also attempt such &quot;end runs.&quot; Those guys have more angles than a pool shark...no need to give them one more...]]></description>
