However, I agree that our military needs to find a way to wean itself off of fossil fuels.  What if our nation is attacked and embargoed?  Where would the power to run our massive army come from?

Plus, by pursuing renewable fuels, they can open the door for renewable industries to develop and provide much of the needed seed money.  

In much as the same way as the military helped create the VW Beetle, perhaps the military will also help create a new era of clean energy. ]]></description>
