These may be companies doing great things, but they are very risky investments.  Investments like this should be only a very small portion of your overall portfolio.  If  you want to take, say, less than 10% of your total investment money and take a chance on startups then that&#039;s fine.  But I wouldn&#039;t put any significant money in these sorts of ventures.
