It isn’t yet launched, but it is receiving a lot of press coverage on-goingly. It’ll be a government scheme where the government will provide an interest free loan to enable homeowners to get insulation/double glazing/a new boiler. Then, the loan will get paid off through the decrease in utility bills over time. None of it is definite, but it should be very large and popular we think!
