LOL, LDK is not on the verge on bankruptcy. In fact the are the largest and lowest cost fully vertically integrated solar company in the world. LDK has a pending poly IPO worth 2billion, 200million cash on hand, coal mining rights valued worth 3billion if sold as rights, 60billion if mined. On top of that LDK has an untapped 10billion credit line. and can easily sell bonds at 6.8% if they are needed. And the CEO just bought back 110million worth of ADRs at a price of $6 because they are "grossly undervalued" Doesnt sound like a company on the verge of bankruptcy like you falsely claim. LDK has 1GW of modules at 0.80 and 25000 mt of poly at $25/kg. Now go find me anyone who can compete with that. LDK is the King of Solar and is already up nearly 50% since the naked shorts and FTD failed short selling attack on the company!
