		<description><![CDATA[Due to the extreme high cost of transporting fuel to remote/hostile places these renewable energy systems pay for themselves very rapidly.

What might make  a lot of sense is to train a few locals to operate the systems and then leave them behind when we move on.  That could be some very well spent foreign aid, bringing power to areas which are now without.]]></description>
