		<description><![CDATA[Swapping a fully charged battery for a depleted one at these stops would be much quicker, similar to the Renault - Better Place scheme. Having consumer owned solar at home and at the battery charging stations might also be preferable as there is 0 pollution and free energy (after ROI) from the sun. Isn&#039;t Germany #1 in the world as far as solar rooftop infrastructure?
