		<description><![CDATA[Except for the horrific industrial pollution from Chinese manufacturing, solar panels will only grow in power production.
It&#039;s disturbing to see a pristine desert covered in acres of large solar panels.  We already have millions of acres of residential and commercial roof space as well as parking lots and freeways.  Keep the power generation local.
This story is a bit encouraging.]]></description>
