    I don’t know the legalities, but I suspect the broadcasters of these electromagnetic signals won’t be too happy about people using them for power instead of the intended use. Wherever one of the little antennas sucks energy out of the radiating field, the field gets weaker over an extended zone. The supplier will have to supply more radiated power to support the intended purpose. It’s just like tapping into an unmetered power line or gas pipe. As it always has been–still no free lunch.

      You’re gonna have to post some math to back that up. I really don’t believe that 1 car listening to an FM station is weakening the signal to the cars around it listening to the same station.
