Massachusetts, for instance, has guaranteed a max drop of 10%/year on SREC price guarantees for new entrees so that people trust the incentive wont vanish while they are in process, with a ten-year lock on the price at the time home generators go online. The result is a rush to solar that is easily going to far surpass the RPS carve out but will not leave anybody bankrupt... Assuming Mass keeps it&#039;s promises. ]]></description>
