		<description><![CDATA[Solar and wind are the only sensible sources of energy with a changing climate.  It&#039;s mobile, cheap to create.  If you&#039;re forced to change locations because your land is flooded, your land is arid, your land is frozen, you can drag these technologies with you.  You could HOPE that there&#039;s oil or gas under you and drill for it with mobile drills, but you also spoil your own water source when you do that.  Nah, solar and wind.  They&#039;ve been a nobrainer for hundreds of years. ]]></description>
