Who's next?

Idaho is a candidate, with 80% of its power from hydro and more wind than it can use. They could probably get rid of coal soon by building more wind and backing it up with dispatchable hydro.

They've also got good geothermal potential and plenty of summer sun.

California is working on getting coal off its grid. Some cities have already canceled their coal contracts and CA is shooting for 33% power from renewables within nine years.

Others?
