"Solar Junction, a company headquartered in San Jose, California has once again broken the efficiency world record for production"

I knew that Spectrolab held the multijunction efficiency record with 41.6% at 364 suns. That "once again", if referred to Solar Junction's previous record of 41.1% seems unappropriate.

"Multi-junction solar cells, very simply, consist of several p-n (or positive-negative)"

p-n and the association to positive/negative is not really a proper way to see the situation. In a non-too-technical article that simplistic explanation can work but it's more appropriare to say abundance of electrons and holes (lack of electrons) due to doping of materials.

The way the efficiency of concentrated solar power is increasing,I am afraid it may cross Betz Coefficient in Wind Energy!

Betz Coefficient 59.3 percent. This is the theoretical maximum efficiency at which a wind generator can operate, by slowing the wind down. If the wind generator slows the wind down too much, air piles up in front of the blades and is not used for extracting energy.
