		<description><![CDATA[yeah, we&#039;re putting together large resource pages for wind &amp; solar, starting with wind. will do similar things with solar. this was a very fun analysis and would LOVE to find out what it looks like for solar, but probably won&#039;t happen for awhile -- until we get to that part.
