		<description><![CDATA[Magaret, we have numerous environmental issues already from weak regulations of nuclear power. i don&#039;t think weakening them further would do much good. the Nuclear Regulation Commission itself recommended against the approval of about half our nuclear plants decades ago. the only reason they were approved was bcs if they weren&#039;t, the nuclear industry would be dead. (might have been a good thing)]]></description>
