It seems to me that one ought be able to use these sorts of liquid storage heat pump for both heating and cooling.  

They could be a reasonable alternative for those who can&#039;t install geothermal loops.  At least once could buy cheaper power.  

And if someone got really clever they could use passive solar to heat the storage up during winter days and use ambient cooling on summer nights to further cut down on the need to purchase power.]]></description>
