If you end up burning 7 times more coal in the course of a year because you use inefficient technologies, you think that can’t create more emissions than are created from producing the products that save that energy? Really, if a device costs $25….how long did you have to work to buy it? How many other people had to work to support your work?? How much energy did your workplace use during that time? How many supplies did you use? Who made it? How do they live? What is their carbon-footprint? Was child-labor involved or even slave-labor?? How much pollution does the manufacturer produce?

THINK!

Dollars have a carbon-footprint…the more you make, the more you spend…the more carbon you are responsible for.
