And ET3 can do this without oil (or coal, or nuke) derived power.]]></description>

That would make the EU ultra-powerful when peak-oil starts having hard effects worldwide.

Would be nice to avoid going back to the stone-age when cheap-oil based economies come to an abrupt end.]]></description>
