		<description><![CDATA[I just attended a presentation for Plasco Energy Group, a Canadian company, tonight and they have developed a plasma arc process which they claim is 30% more efficient at producing syngas for producing electrical energy than standard incineration and does not produce as much waste which would have to go to a landfill. They have a test plant in Ottawa, ON, Canada, which can handle 100 tons of garbage at a time. They also have one outside of Barcelona, Spain.]]></description>
