		<description><![CDATA[Me too. I do know that typically utility scale solar is eligible for the 30% Federal subsidy, but I don&#039;t believe they get the performance-based utility subsidies, the way that we do as homeowners, businesses or ngos like schools or churches do. 

Grid parity is a difficult question since it assumes that fossil power gets no subsidies, but that is not the case. They get special tax treatment, and they do not pay a dime for the damage that they do. The cost of asthma, the emergency room visits as the result of coal power, for example, are passed on to all the individual families stuck with the costs.]]></description>
