Isn’t the govenor sworn to uphold the constitution? By flagrently ignoring the law, aren’t her actions grounds for impeachment? The people/Government of New Mexico needs to take action against these types of mobster politicians – It is because we, as a country, have not up to this point owned the responsibility of oversight that we are in the mess we are today. Well done to the New Energy Economy! The flagrant corruption (for that’s what it is: policy bought by Big Carbon) of Susana Martinez is disgraceful. Let’s hope New Mexico continues to lead on low carbon policy – even if it has to circumvent an irresponsible ideologue to do so.
