Actually it is cruelty to truth, as is so much of what NRDC does.

A truthful article on this issue would start witch acknowledging that CO2 has no effect on global warming (as CARB director Mary Nichols has stated and 1000s of skeptical scientists have agreed (not government employed)), and that AB 32 is merely an enviro-nazi foil to de-industrialize and depopulate the state and return it to a pre-John Muir condition.
