		<description><![CDATA[Its nice to see some behind the scenes action here.  Would have been nice if both parties were working together on this though. I had heard that it was ten years before we could start mining so this is great news. It going to be be quite tough for American companies to compete without the natural resources which are becoming restricted. Out of curiosity do you know if there are many other comparable mines in North America?  It would be great if a larger amount could be extracted/produced closer to home where they are actually used.]]></description>
