Before you get too excited about this project being American made, you should know G.E. now makes its gearboxes (the most lucrative part of the entire turbine) in China since workers there try to survive on $300 per month. Not to mention the factories can dump all their pollution directly into rivers and the air.
Nothing seems to be American made anymore….
