It is worth mentioning though that digesters are quite common in the EU and have been developing at extreme pace. The average digester the farmers in Germany install nowadays are at 330KW !!!, so practically the farmers have a small power plant on site.

Also, household digesters are quite common in China. There are 5 million of them installed. These are usually small-scale but provide enough methane for the cooking needs of the family.]]></description>
