New York Neil: Thanks for your comment. I’m sorry I had to delete it because it included a crude reference to a media personality, but it does seem ironic that the Volt has something for everyone – even for someone who professes to hate it.

The Volt’s promise of green job creation has come true!
GM announced a couple of days ago that it will hire 1,000 engineers and researchers (high-paying green jobs) within the next 2 years to work on the development of electric vehicles and components (batteries, drivetrains).

did u know Unlike some hybrids like the Toyota Prius, the Volt doesn’t use its petrol engine to drive the car’s wheels.
