For who? I can’t buy panels anywhere near that cost! Sure, maybe for large suppliers or installers, but I’ll never get panels that cheap. If I’m wrong, give me a URL where I can find them.

What is the name of the executive and e-mail to whom we can address a JV proposal for Kuwait?
