		<description><![CDATA[The US military has made it very clear that they view climate change a serious threat for our country&#039;s future.  For that reason they are working to make themselves as free from fossil fuel use a possible.  

If they can cut their energy use by collecting rainwater that&#039;s a good thing.

If they can provide solutions for others that is also a good thing.  It&#039;s generally much cheaper to avoid a war than to fight one.  If the US military helps with the development of clean tech that could help reduce future resource stress which could lead to conflict.]]></description>
