		<description><![CDATA[Knowing that TVA is responsible for the coal sludge incident last year doesn&#039;t make me cheering, and this even if I generally strongly support nuclear.



Indeed, if they take security at the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant the way they did in Kingston we can really be worried.



Nuclear is a safe solution if it is handled correctly. Europe gets a third of its electricity from it and France a massive 80 percent.



But here, safety is enforced. I just hope it will be the the case there as well...]]></description>
