If all inefficient bulbs were to be taxed at $1.00 each,

that would get people on board fast.

I don&#039;t like the idea of a ban, though. There are some places where incandecent bulbs are needed. Some people suffer from lupis and there are historic homes that wouldn&#039;t make sense with led&#039;s or cfl&#039;s.]]></description>
