		<description><![CDATA[I had thought it didn&#039;t make it, because the last time craigslist was running &#039;petition gatherer&#039; ads for it was the end of March.



But this news that the fossil investment doubled AFTER that up till now tells me that it might well make it, then the NRDC just sent me a new timeline that says it is still ongoing and could well be on the ballot. It only needs 400,000(approx) not the 700,000(approx) signatures like the repeal 8 petition does. (Not sure why lower bar)]]></description>
