But this news that the fossil investment doubled AFTER that up till now tells me that it might well make it, then the NRDC just sent me a new timeline that says it is still ongoing and could well be on the ballot. It only needs 400,000(approx) not the 700,000(approx) signatures like the repeal 8 petition does. (Not sure why lower bar)
