		<description><![CDATA[While I much prefer a carbon tax because I believe it is more visible and less susceptible to manipulation than cap and trade, I think that it would be great to get one or the other implemented as soon as possible.  It is not enough to try to hold companies and business to a better standard we need to hold ourselves to higher standard.]]></description>
