This is a GREAT idea. We welcome this kind of thinking, this is job security for us, in cleaning up the toxic by-products of combustion. Most dangerous to the health and safety of the citizens is the cancer causing benzene that is created by underground combustion from coal, and possibly tires. We could speed things up by throwing a little gasoline in the fire..or just wait.. for spontaneous combustion. This type of thinking, provides many jobs from the mine digger to the grave digger. Medical industry is gonna love this. CAFSCO's foam injection technology is the only proven method to extinguished these types of fires.
