		<description><![CDATA[Sad to see phosphorus being treated as a pollutant when, in the right context, it is a valuable fertilizer. Is there any way to either use the phosphorus-rich waste stream in situ to grow algae (spirulina for food, other genera for fuel, etc), or that failing to extract the phosporus for fertilizer?]]></description>
