		<description><![CDATA[I agree about the history of lies, but actually the tests I linked are strangely encouraging - to this renewable energy fan.



I still want to do everything I can to phase out coal power in the US because that&#039;s technically possible here (only requires the political will), but given that China and India have so much coal and&lt;strong&gt; so many more people &lt;/strong&gt;- we need to invent a way for it to do less harm.]]></description>
