So businesses, farms, kids, dogs and self-described “criminals” who advocate for the continued use of fossil fuels are not affected by the ruling.

Reducing coal use will positively benefit IQ levels too, according to a new study, that might eventually help more commenters at sites like this (covering renewable energy) understand the reason for using clean renewable energy.
