Encouraging news on the water front, especially when you think about all the areas that still have potential for massive improvement. More than the supply of oil, access to fresh water will shape the next 20 years for many countries.

That’s good news. Since the water savings didn’t come from households, I’m curious if household use has gotten less efficient, or just increased because of a bigger population.
