		<description><![CDATA[It might be better to loose a little PV efficiency in order to gain thermal efficiency with a low temperature Organic Rankine Cycle engine or Stirling engine. Type III-V PV cells have a low temperature coeficient so it may be possible to raise the cooling water temperature to ~200 degrees F and then use the hot water to run a thermal engine to produce much more power than is lost by the hotter PV cells.]]></description>
