Why are the 'developing' countries in the mess that they are in? The fault of the developed world? Maybe a bit but most of the blame lies at home.

Look at the Asian tigers - c 'can do' bunch - well ahead of most of the world.

China finally overcame the Mao complex and is doing wonders. Brazil is doing great along with some others.

Africa needs to straighten itself out. India and it's quagmire of politic means not much can be done there - except blame it on others which is the norm.

No use throwing money at the 3rd world with the corrupt at the front of the line.

The developing countries are right!

Yielding to their demands, we achieve three great things at the same time:

1. Do what's right

2. Secure the climate deal

3. Give them an economic break that they need more than us (yes, yes, financial crisis, but we are still much better off then they are)
