Congrats to them all for showing us how to do it...



Here&#039;s a town that is best known for leading the state in murder and pollution and is now #3 in solar watts per capita in the golden state. Bravo from Spain to Richmond.]]></description>

<p>Congrats to them all for showing us how to do it&#8230;</p>
