However I can not seem to find training facility in the New York area ,although there are working wind farms in New York state . Where is the training ? I do know there are pleanty of schools in the West and mid western states. Would like more info on training schools and developing farms ,for possible On The Job Training</description>

		<description>That all depends on your local utility, Lawrence. For instance, in Rochester, where I live, RG&amp;E charges a premium for wind energy. Market conditions may change that in the future though.</description>
