		<description>Actually, the waste wood comes after the poles are run through a mill to recover any reusable lumber from the middle of the pole.  So, they&#039;re being shipped anyway and this just means the outer part of the pole (which can&#039;t be reused for lumber because of the way it&#039;s treated) is being put to use rather than going to a landfill.</description>
