Could ‘Tentacle’ UFO Have Destroyed UK Wind Turbine?

Several residents of a remote English village have reported sightings of a bizarre tentacle-shaped UFO above a local wind farm, on the night before a wind turbine was mysteriously destroyed.

Engineers from energy suppier Ecotricity are investigating why a blade more than 20 meters (66 ft) long fell off the turbine at a wind farm in Conisholme Fen, Lincolnshire, early on Sunday morning. In the meantime, locals are coming to their own conclusions after many of them saw strange flashing tentacle shaped lights above the wind farm on the night before the damage occurred.

John Harrison, a resident of nearby Saltfleetby, said he looked out of his window on Saturday night to see “a massive ball of light,” and “tentacles going right down to the ground” over the site. “It was huge” he said “At first I thought it must have been a hole where the moon was shining through but then I saw the tentacles – it looked just like an octopus.

“It was an incredible site; I have never seen anything like it before. I have no idea what it was, all I can say is what I saw”.

However, officials are remaining tight-lipped about the cause of the damage. A spokesman from Ecotricity said, “This has never happened before so we really have no idea what might have gone wrong. We will conduct a thorough inspection of the turbines to see if there is a problem and put it right.”

Damage to wind turbines, although rare, is more common than many would anticipate. This link provides dramatic footage of a wind turbine appearing to spin wildly out of control before shattering and falling to the ground.

  1. Guiness, incredible Guiness.
    Signed: a french guy

  2. Let’s see here–does ball lightning frequently cart off 65-foot pieces of metal? Hmm? “Occam’s razor wins again” - yeah, sure.

  3. A tentacle-shaped pattern and bright orange/white lights in the sky is a salvo of decoy flares and chaff.

  4. As always, there is a logical answer - that ultimately makes this even more laughable than a FSM reference. http://is.gd/eTAm I’ll give you a hint: This glowing octopus with tentacles coming down to the ground was invented by the Chinese. And always be wary of “never happened before” statements.

  5. I am trying to find more information about the recent wind farm damage at Judith Gap, Montana. The wind machine that was damaged looks just like the one in Lincolnshire. People nearby said they saw lights the night before. What is going on? something trying to upload electricity from the wind machine? This just happened and was reported on the local tv news this morning (friday jan.9, 09)

  6. Wow,it looks so mysterious,What could it be that caused it?
I think its a UFO,my thing is to believe in science!

P.s: My Dad thinks it is a freak weather occurence,
but that doesn’t expain where the missing turbine
    blade is!

  7. narrow minded people are always coming up with stupid comments about what they think it could be, ball lightning, fireworks, us farmers in north wales have decided if its only fireworks or lightning then it will be ok to shoot our shot guns at them.

  8. Probably some alien flying his saucer under the influence of man made alcohol. He’s still out there, weaving around, no telling what he’ll crash into next…:) Or, maybe the alien chick was daring the male alien to fly closer to the turbine, until… crash and scrape…lol

  9. I think that the text of my email of today to the Woking News and Mail may throw some light on this issue:

I am grateful that you printed my letter (more fully and accurately than another local paper), because it enabled contact demonstrating that I am not alone in seeing strange phenomena in the skys over Woking recently.

Two other people, close to where I live, saw similar, but perhaps more dramatic events, certainly less potentially explainable than mine in one case.

The lady who phoned me, saw a single bright light, that like me she first tried to interpret most logically as an aeroplane, or in her case, as also perhaps a bright star. She soon ruled out the latter as it suddenly plunged vertically down, as my smaller, less bright object of two had done, but in her case it is even less likely that this could be an object dropped from a plane, as no other related light was seen. Fearing a plane crash, she was later puzzled that no report of any came.

Her object was not orange as mine were, but her Daughter (in another property close to me) had also recently seen a bright orange light, “that seemed to have flames coming from it”.

That may sound similarly dramatic, but until I can speak to the Daughter, I cannot rule out atmospheric effects. Though if this were advanced technology, she may have been seeing electro-magnetic effects rather than flames, which may fit the phenomena observed before the wind turbine was damaged in Lincolnshire recently.

I can confirm that high voltages, and high frequencies, are associated with anti-gravity effects such as Canadian, John Hutchison’s, as predicted in my book before learning of Hutchison’s amazing demonstrations.

So what does this mean? The Woking Informer wrongly quoted me as believing that I saw an “interstellar spaceship”. And I am not, as that paper carelessly suggested, a “fanatic” (i.e.believing in things contrary to the evidence - inferred). My investigation of UFOs etc. is secondary to my main work now as a serious scientist. Only one of my papers and one chapter in my published book, The Special Theory of Reality, analyses such phenomena.

I have, in my second scientific paper (which provides significant experimental evidence in support of my view of mass, relativity and gravity), analysed selected UFO and USO reports and evidence going back to before the nineteenth century in modern times and also as appear in ancient texts, to demonstrate things such as the consistency of observed phenomena, veracity of witnesses, corroboration of witnesses, impossibility of complete explanation by “black projects”, existence of physical evidence, demonstration of the anti-gravity principles I explain, possibility of other explanations, and existence of other “modern” technologies in ancient times.

From this, the implication that UFOs as “alien” craft can only be explained by interstellar travel no longer applies. What this does imply is no less awesome, and will shake modern science and theology to their roots, but there is clearly less reason for panic than an “Independence Day” type scenario. And a similar consistency that I have identified in the evidence found in video interviews of people claiming authoritative knowledge, from current or past positions in governments and the military, or as abductees or contactees, provide further reason to think that we are in no immediate danger. On the contrary, the evidence points consistently to the conclusion that beings far more advanced than us have taken an interested and even protective role in the development of human and other species on this planet for a very long time.

This does not mean that there may not be some danger, either here or “out there”, but what I can say with some confidence, is that the question of threat was thoroughly examined by NATO in the 1960’s. The conclusion then was that there is no threat. Some of them (who are “humanoid”) are so advanced that they could have, “wiped our clock if they chose to”. And the protective role is confirmed by the now government appointed head of UFO research in Russia (or so it is claimed - though I have seen his interview and have various reasons to believe much that he says).

The question of misinformation of course arises, but I can direct people to sources of information that collectively enable observation of the diversity of corroborative sources, and thus likely veracity of each. Some contactees, abductees and others also say things that I know that perhaps only a handful of people in the whole World might understand, such as time and energy being the same thing, and what “going around time rather than travelling through it” might mean, both of which I can explain.

Not all of this information is on my website http://www.einsteins-revolution.com . So if this letter is too long to print, or if you have any reason not to print my web address, I confirm that I have no objection to your printing my email address, robert.beck@ntlworld.com

The reason that people need this information now is that cover ups and denials are becoming increasingly untenable, especially with the question being more openly discussed in other countries such as Russia, China and India. One analyst predicts an announcement this year by the new US President, possibly as soon as early spring, which will enable Obama to widen the option of technologies to fight climate change. People will then need to turn to alternative sources of information to allay their understandable fears that they still may not be being told the whole truth.

Incidentally, this makes it even more imperative that the Prime Minister is made to see sense about the third runnway at Heathrow. New technologies are the only hope for both the economy and the environment. The government has to know that anti-gravity and such things as water powered cars and cheap, locally generated electricity are possible. Human greed, stupidity and lust for power is a much greater danger to us all than aliens.
