New Chip Could Counteract Cell Phone Radiation
I don’t know about you, but I constantly picture radiation penetrating my brain when I’m talking on my cell phone. Omega Pharma, a Belgian company specializing in health products, claims it has created a device that can calm my fears— a chip that counteracts mobile phone radiation.
According to Omega, testing of the chip showed that it quelled symptoms like headaches and loss of concentration that are thought to be associated with cell phone use.
The E-waves phone chip was released in Belgium yesterday for 38.95 euros ($50.10).
Omega has done all of its own research, so trust their claims at your own risk.

A quick analysis on the E+M radiation produced by cell phones will show it is very very very very low energy. As in visible light is 4000 times more energetic that that radiation.
The physics says you shouldn’t worry.

New kind of snake oil?

Absolutely fraudulous. Such a chip does nothing. If you suppose complaints like headaches, vibrations in the body etc. are caused by radiation, the only possible and reasonable actions are putting the source of radiation off, use a ‘cage of Faraday’ or leave to a better place.
Freddy Martinez, the physics do not have medical or biological expertise. They can not know if the small established small effects of the non-thermal non-ionising radiation can have negative consequences in a biological system. As a matter of fact, sometimes the effects have serious consequences indeed.

if you removed the radiation you would not be able to get signal. Phones aren’t just randomly radioactive, they use radio radiation to communicate.
