Great gift ideas! I also like the NatureMill automatic indoor composter which is not on this list but I saw it at Costco today. It's a cool little composter that recycle food scraps into compost. It does all the mixing, aerating automatically. It also heat the compost so you can use it to compost meat and dairy which I think is amazing because most compost tumblers can't handle that unless you want your compost to stink up your backyard or attract rats. This conmposter has an air-filter to absorb the smell and the manufacture claim that you can you use it indoor. Well, I'm adding the NatureMill composter to my wish list. Will see how it works.

If you are interested, check it out at http://www.naturemill.com

Also worth checking out is the HYmini. It's similar to the Mini Kin, but it also has the option of attaching solar panels or a hand crank to it.

I think I want the solar powered charger. It's an energy saver. This Christmas, I'm contemplating on any of these gadgets or first-rate electronics for my hubby.
