Sounds kind of messy to me, having to carry around a “battery” with a packet of gel just to charge your phone or computer. I don’t have enough pockets for that. How safe is the zinc powder and gel?

Is this a primary or a secondary cell? ie is it rechargeable. In one place it’s called a fuel cell in others a battery.
