		<description>that&#039;s pretty simple... because it&#039;s a backup method for recharging. If you don&#039;t want to go for a walk/run/ride to recharge your battery and you&#039;re near a socket just plug it in and then plug your device into it and you&#039;ve got an AC charger as well. pretty common sense to me.</description>
