the latest evaluation of the d5 silicone solvent ( Feb 2008)which was conducted by Californias CARP

concluded that D5 persistence in the environment and

in animal and human tissue is a concern and cannot conclude that D5 is non toxic. It may be safer than Perc but the jury is still out.

I would like to alert you to the recent (Feb.2008) approval by California’s CARP of GreenEarth as an approved solvent for dry cleaning.

I would also like to call your attention the the many Drycleaning Station cleaners throughout the country using GreenEarth that should be included in your data base for those searching for a safe alternative to cleaners using Perc.

Locations can be found at drycleaningstation.com

More info on GreenEarth can found at greenearthcleanintg.com
